The Service Charter

The Service Charter has been drawn up by to safeguard both the artisans who decide to join the project and any purchasers who wish to buy products through our website or points of sale.

The Service Charter regulates the artisans' social responsibility and ethics, and requires them to act with integrity.

Artisans interested in exhibiting, promoting and selling their products through must sign the Charter and are obliged to respect its principles and rules of conduct, ensuring that their activity safeguards and respects Ligurian manufacturing traditions.

The main purpose of the artisans is in fact to contribute to the project by highlighting the quality, authenticity, historic and artistic value of the “made in Liguria” brand.

Aside from the general rules and regulations, the Charter also outlines rules of conduct towards colleagues so that principles of loyalty will be honoured within the industry.

Finally, a special paragraph is dedicated to customer relations, to guarantee transparent communication, a warm welcome and prompt service.

The Service Charter is therefore a unique instrument that will bring Ligurian craftsmanship to a new level, celebrate its history and protect it in the future.
